Frequently Asked Questions

This page addresses common questions related to ordering, handling, and ownership. For detailed information about materials and production, please refer to the Print Information page.

Ordering & prints

Are prints signed or numbered?
When applicable, limited edition prints are signed and numbered. Open edition prints may be unsigned unless otherwise noted on the individual photograph page.

Are frames included?
Unless explicitly stated, prints are sold unframed to allow for personal presentation and framing preferences.

Can I request a custom size?
Custom sizing may be possible for select works. Please get in touch with details about the photograph and desired size.

Will the print look exactly like it does on screen?
Screens vary in brightness and color calibration. While care is taken to ensure faithful translation, slight variations are normal and part of the nature of print.

Editions & availability

What does “limited edition” mean?
A limited edition print is produced in a fixed quantity. Once all prints in the edition are sold, the photograph will not be reprinted in that format or size.

Can editions sell out?
Yes. Once an edition is complete, it is permanently closed.

Do prices change over time?
Prices may increase as editions sell through or as production costs change.

Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship?
Shipping availability and regions are listed at checkout. If your location is not supported, feel free to inquire.

How long does delivery take?
Because prints are produced to order, delivery times may vary. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout.

How are prints packaged?
Prints are packaged carefully using protective materials appropriate to their size and format.

Care & longevity

How should prints be handled?
Handle prints by the edges with clean hands or gloves. Avoid touching the printed surface.

Do prints fade over time?
When properly framed and kept out of direct sunlight, archival prints are designed to retain their quality for many years.

Do you recommend framing?
Framing is recommended for both protection and presentation. Archival mats and UV-protective glass are ideal.

Returns & issues

Do you accept returns?
Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Details are provided at checkout.

What if my print arrives damaged?
Please contact me promptly with photos of the damage so it can be resolved.
