Homemade Turkey Burgers a summertime staple at our home.

Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • 5.3 lbs 1.33 lb X 4 packets Ground Turkey
  • 1 Large Red Onion
  • 2 Heads of Garlic
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2.5 tsp Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Chilli Sauce coarse chilli with Peanut
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs.

Instructions
 

  • Slice onion and spread out on a tray lined with foil. 
  • Peel the garlic into individual cloves. Spread on the tray with the onions. Drizzle oil and sprinkle with salt.
  • Roast at 375 C (convection ) until onions are brown and crisp and the garlic is dark and roasted. Blend together with a little water when cool.
  •  Combine ground turkey with the rest of the ingredients in the stand mixer. Mix until the mixture comes together and all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. (About 3 mins)
  • Portion out the mixture into individual burgers.
  • Grill burgers over charcoal for maximum flavour.
