Turkey Burgers
Homemade Turkey Burgers a summertime staple at our home.

Ingredients:
- 5.3 lbs 1.33 lb X 4 packets Ground Turkey
- 1 Large Red Onion
- 2 Heads of Garlic
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2.5 tsp Dried Parsley Flakes
- 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Chilli Sauce coarse chilli with Peanut
- Salt To Taste
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs.
Slice onion and spread out on a tray lined with foil.
Peel the garlic into individual cloves. Spread on the tray with the onions. Drizzle oil and sprinkle with salt.
Roast at 375 C (convection ) until onions are brown and crisp and the garlic is dark and roasted. Blend together with a little water when cool.
Combine ground turkey with the rest of the ingredients in the stand mixer. Mix until the mixture comes together and all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. (About 3 mins)
Portion out the mixture into individual burgers.
Grill burgers over charcoal for maximum flavour.
